What is corporate email?

Corporate email is an email service an organization uses on its own domain (name@yourorganization.com) and manages itself. Unlike free personal accounts, the addresses carry the organization's name, accounts are opened and closed centrally, and correspondence stays under the organization's control.

With this service, mailboxes are hosted on solar-powered servers in our own facility in Ankara. No correspondence — including anything handled by the AI features — is sent to an overseas service for processing.

What you needA domain (for example yourorganization.com). Email records are configured during setup, and your domain stays where it is.
Who uses itMunicipalities, public institutions, schools, companies, associations and foundations.

The Six Layers Behind an Email Address

Reliable corporate email is more than a mailbox. Several layers work together, each with its own job; when one is missing, mail gets lost, lands in spam, or becomes easy to fake.

DOMAIN RECORDS

An Email's Identity Is Written in DNS

Whether an email reaches the right server and is trusted on the receiving side depends on your domain's DNS records. The MX record sets where incoming mail goes, SPF and DKIM establish the sender's identity, and DMARC defines the rule for mail whose identity cannot be verified.

Major email providers increasingly send mail from domains without these records to the spam folder, or refuse it altogether. The records also make it harder for anyone to impersonate your domain and send fake email.

SPFv=spf1 +a +mx ~allValid
DKIMdefault._domainkeySigned
DMARCv=DMARC1; p=quarantineSet

1 · Routing (MX)

Decides which server incoming mail is delivered to. If the record is wrong, emails bounce or quietly disappear.

2 · Authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC records prove to the receiving server that a message really came from you, protecting deliverability and reputation.

3 · Encrypted Connection

SSL certificates on the mail, webmail and autodiscover addresses keep passwords and correspondence from being read on the network. Certificates renew automatically before they expire.

4 · Spam and Threat Filter

Every message reaching the server is scored; high-scoring ones are rejected before they reach the inbox. A warning banner is added to mail from outside the organization.

5 · Access Security

Two-factor authentication, country and IP rules, login records and automatic IP blocking keep an account closed even if its password is stolen.

6 · Recovery Net

Even after the trash is emptied, a copy of each deleted email is kept for 90 days; it can be previewed, downloaded or restored to the inbox.

01 · AI

The Summary Without Reading, the Draft Without Typing

A long thread comes down to a few sentences with one click; an email in a foreign language is translated into one of eight languages; a suspicious message gets a fraud-risk assessment with the reasons spelled out. When replying, a few words of instruction are enough, and you choose the tone and length. The AI runs inside the server on its own hardware, with no internet access.

A Warning on Outside Mail, Rejection for Spam

A warning banner is added to the top of every email from outside the organization. Because the warning is written into the message on the server, it looks the same in webmail, in Outlook and on phones — your staff's first line of defense against phishing. Messages with a high spam score are rejected before they ever reach the inbox, and the record is kept in the panel.

The Same Signature Under Every Email

The organization signature is defined once, centrally, and added automatically below personal signatures. Confidentiality, legal liability and data-protection notices come as ready-made text and are switched on with a single toggle. The login screen is branded too, with the organization's logo, colors and welcome text.

A 2 GB File Goes Out, a Deleted Email Comes Back

Files over the attachment limit turn into a secure download link the moment you send; the file stays on the organization's server. If the link is opened on another device, the verification code goes only to the recipient's email address. Emails deleted from the trash can also be restored from the panel for 90 days.

The Organization's Own Channel Instead of a Personal Messaging App

Staff chat one-to-one and in groups from inside webmail; no separate app or password is needed. Once the department list is set up, a group is created for each department automatically. The announcement channel reaches all staff at once; messages and files stay on the organization's server, and administrator actions are written to an audit log.

A dedicated or shared mail server for your organization

For organizations with many users, heavy mail traffic or a need for data separation, the email infrastructure is set up on a server used by that organization alone. For smaller teams a shared server is enough. Either way, the server sits in our facility in Ankara, the data never leaves the country, and the server is monitored around the clock.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Corporate Email

If you can't find what you're looking for, we're just a phone call away.

What is the difference between corporate email and a free email account?
Free accounts belong to individuals: when an employee leaves, their correspondence leaves with them, and the organization has no say over those accounts. With corporate email, addresses carry the organization's domain, accounts are opened and closed by an administrator, and login rules and two-factor authentication apply across the organization. For recipients, an email that arrives under the organization's name also looks more trustworthy.
Can I use it with my existing domain?
Yes. Your domain stays with whichever registrar it is with; only the records that route your email (MX) and the authentication records (SPF, DKIM) are updated. Your website is not affected by the change.
Can I use it from Outlook and my phone?
Yes. You can sign in to webmail from a browser, or use Outlook, Thunderbird and the mail apps on your phone. Outlook and mobile devices find their account settings automatically through the autodiscover address. The external sender warning, the organization-wide signature and large-file conversion run on the server, so they work whichever program you use.
Where are my emails stored?
Mailboxes, shared files and chat history are kept on servers in our own facility in Ankara. No rented cloud provider sits in between, and the data is not transferred abroad. For correspondence containing personal data, this keeps data residency under the organization's control — an important point for GDPR and local data-protection obligations.
What powers the servers?
The email servers and the AI servers are located in our own facility in Ankara and draw their electricity directly from the facility's solar panels. No requests are sent to large overseas data centers for summarizing, translation or fraud analysis; this work is done in the same facility as the server holding your email, on solar-powered hardware.
Do the AI features send my correspondence outside?
No. The AI that summarizes, translates, analyzes fraud risk and drafts replies runs inside the server on its own hardware. It has no internet access, no external AI service is used, and your correspondence is not used to train any model.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and why do they matter?
All three are identity records kept in your domain's DNS. SPF lists which servers may send mail on behalf of your domain; DKIM is the digital signature proving a message was not altered in transit; DMARC tells receivers what to do with mail that fails these two checks. Major email providers increasingly send mail without these records to spam or reject it outright, and the records also make it harder for anyone to impersonate your domain and send fake email.
Can I recover an email I deleted by mistake?
Yes. A copy of every email deleted from the trash is kept for 90 days. During that period you can preview it in the management panel, download it as .eml, or restore it to the account's inbox with a single click.
How do I send large files by email?
Just attach the file as usual. Attachments above the set size are automatically turned into a secure download link when you send; files up to 2 GB can be sent. The file stays on the organization's server, and if the link is opened on another device, the verification code goes only to the recipient's email address.
A dedicated server or a shared server?
Both are possible. For organizations with many users, heavy mail traffic or a need for data separation, the email infrastructure is set up on a server used by that organization alone. For smaller teams a shared server is enough; the choice is made together before setup, based on your needs.
How is pricing done?
Corporate email is priced by quote. The number of users, mailbox sizes and the choice between a dedicated or shared server are considered together; you can request a quote by phone or through the contact form.
