What does this screen do?
When a domain expires or its name servers are changed without permission, your email stops along with your site. The Your sites → Domains page shows these risks for each of your domains in a single row.

What is monitored?
| Topic | What is done? |
|---|---|
| Registration expiry | You get a warning 60, 30 and 7 days before the registration expires. |
| DNS record monitoring | NS, MX and A records are checked every 30 minutes. If the name server or MX record changes, a domain hijacking alarm is raised. |
| Email security | SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are checked. DMARC reports are analyzed, so fake emails sent in your domain's name become visible. |
| Blacklists | The USOM, Spamhaus, SURBL and Google Safe Browsing lists are monitored. |
| SSL and CAA | The certificate's remaining validity is checked. The check also shows whether the CAA record blocks SSL renewal. |
| Certificate Transparency | You are notified if someone gets a certificate for your domain without your knowledge. |
| Subdomains | Unprotected subdomains that could be taken over are detected. |
| Lookalike names | New registrations that look like your domain (possible fake sites) are reported to you. |
To avoid false alarms, a DNS change must appear in two separate checks. Then an email is sent. If Telegram and SMS are enabled, you are notified there too.
What should you do when a lookalike domain is found?
When a lookalike domain is reported, open its page with Review. If it imitates your organization, start the Fake site takedown process. Details are in the Official Site Badge and Fake Sites guide.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if we have no DMARC record?
Email security shows as “Weak” in the table, and its details name the missing record. It becomes easier for others to send fake emails in your domain's name. The emails you send may also land in the spam folder.
Our domain is registered with another company. Is that a problem?
No. Monitoring uses public records. It does not matter where your domain is registered.
